Being a CPA firm the storage and protection of our client's data is absolutely critical to the success of our business. After realizing our old tape backups weren't working properly we contacted The Network Doctor to see what other solutions were out there. Bob set us up with an onsite and off site back up plan that has worked flawlessly. We have had a few occasions where we deleted something that we needed and The Network Doctor was able to have it back on our server in a matter of minutes. I have known Bob for close to 20 years and believe he has been the greatest find of my career. He is indeed the IT consultant's consultant. This tells you two things about Bob, he doesn't just accept the claims of a software company at face value, he digs in to make sure the product is thoroughly vetted before he uses it for his clients and his skillset is so strong that within hours of getting his hands on it, he can find a fault in a product that has undergone thousands of hours of testing by senior engineers and been in use by thousands of clients worldwide.

Bob and I were founding partners of a cloud services company in 2011. We sat on the board of directors together and I got to see Bob in action on a daily basis. All I can say is that I was impressed as were the other top-level executives of the company. I know of dozens of the best IT consultants in the country who seek out Bob to help solve their problems or to get a second opinion.
