I have been a client of TNDI for over 12 years now and have seen many changes in technology. The addition of the Data-Safe Backup was one of the smartest moves we have made. We used to back up on tape which protected us but was not very convenient. Now if we need a file restored we simply let TNDI know at it is usually done within 30 to 45 minutes and this has saved us time and effort. I would highly recommend the service.

One day Bob told me about a top-notch cybersecurity product he was testing and planning to add to his arsenal of cyber defenses for his clients and the next day he relates how he notified the company that he had discovered an exploitable weakness in their software. This tells you two things about Bob, he doesn't just accept the claims of a software company at face value, he digs in to make sure the product is thoroughly vetted before he uses it for his clients and his skillset is so strong that within hours of getting his hands on it, he can find a fault in a product that has undergone thousands of hours of testing by senior engineers and been in use by thousands of clients worldwide.

Bob and I were founding partners of a cloud services company in 2011. We sat on the board of directors together and I got to see Bob in action on a daily basis. All I can say is that I was impressed as were the other top-level executives of the company. I know of dozens of the best IT consultants in the country who seek out Bob to help solve their problems or to get a second opinion. If I weren't already in the IT business myself there is no doubt that Bob and his company would be the IT firm I would choose for my company.
